How much is my shipping?
Well, that depends. Shipping providers change their rates without much notice and are currently calculating what they charge by what is called "Dimensional Weight." Simply put, weight CAN be an issue, but the size of the box is a bigger issue. Two pounds of puppets in a box of a size suited to shipping them can cost more to ship than 30 lbs of something in a smaller container. It isn't something that immediately makes sense to the people who aren't in the business. In any case,to determine what you will pay for shipping, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. NOTE: Selecting a speedier, more expensive method of shipping does not affect how quickly we can make the puppets. In other words, choosing to have something shipped UPS 2nd day air, ONLY influences how fast UPS will move the package. It will have no impact on the speed we can get it ready to ship.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

When will my order ship?

You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
