This Conductor/Engineer is a 20" tall puppet ministry character designed for professional puppeteers.
 
He could be the Conductor.  He could be the Engineer.  All we know for sure is he is a definitely a Railroad Man.  Use him for any program with a railroad theme. This guy has peach skin, blue eyes, and black hair (It's a wig - not faux fur!), and comes dressed in traditional blue and white striped railroad-style overalls with a white shirt and black tie under. And don't forget the snappy cap on top!  He also comes with two WristHugger arm rods.
